1. How can I get some samples and how long for sampling?                                                                          We are glad to offer you the samples. New clients are expected to pay for the sample's change if it is over USD10 and the samples' postage (courier cost).  You can have two options on paying the and sample charge and the postage:        1) On collection basis: You can arrange a RPI(Remote Piack-up) service upon Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc, or inform us your Fedex, DHL collect account.                                                                                                                2) On prepay basis: you can remit the postage through West Union banking service or through Paypal and we will have it prepaid on AGL side.                                                                                                                            Please note that these sample charge can be refundable when you place the full order.                                        Sampling time:  for the regular hotel linens items, it takes around 2 workdays for sampling.

2. Where is your factory?  How can I visit you?                                                                                               AGL factory is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China. Our city, around 100 KMS away from Shanghai, is a manufacturing for bedding sets for China and worldwide.                                                                                   You are warmly welcome to visiting us! If you are in Shanghai, you can take a bus or a taxi, which takes about 1.5 hAGLs to reach us. If you are in Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou or Shenzhen, you can fly to our city. For some VIP clients, we will try to arrange a pick up service from the airport or hotel in Shanghai or cities near Shanghai.                      

.3. What about the production capability of your factory?                                                          With over 100 skilful workers, we are currently delivering 4-6 containers monthly worldwide.

4. How can your factory ensure quality control and how can you can ensure on-time delivery for mass production ?      "Quality is priority" is the motto to AGL factory. We always attach great importance to quality control for each order, regardless it is small or big.                                                                                                                      1). All AGL bedding sheets and covers fabrics are made of combed yarns and have been preshrunk.
2). All AGL basic polyester table cloths and chair covers are well weaved and with no color difference based on our experience;                                                                                                                                            3). AGL Skilful workers care every details in cutting, stitching, quilting, filling, packing processes;
4). Quality Control Department workers are specially responsible for quality checking in each process.               Furthermore, we always have well-arranged manufacturing schedule for each order when signing the contract, which guarantee the on-time delivery for each order.

5. What is your terms of the payment?                                                                                                       AGL normal practice is by T/T. 30% deposit before mass production, the balance shall be paid off before delivery, or paid off within 7 days upon fax B/L copy..    

6. What is the MOQ for your hotel bed lines, bath linens and table linens?                                                           For hotel bed linens: 300 PCS/item;        For hotel bath linens( hotel towels & hotel bathrobes) : 500 PCS/item;        For hotel table linens( table cloths, table skirts, chair covers & sashes) : 500 PCS/item;

7. How do you normally pack the goods?                                                                                                    Each PEC  in one poly bag, Outer packing--in cartons, or pallet if requested.  

8. Can you embroider or print the hotel's logo on the linens?                                                               Sure. We can  embroider or print the hotel's logo on the linens upon your request.

9. what is the shrinkage of your hotel linens?                                                                                          Normally the shrinkage for AGL hotel linens are 3-5%, which is up to international standard.

14.How about your working time?                                                                                                               The regular working time for AGL office workers is 8:00---17:00 Beijing Time from Monday to Friday; and 8:00-11:30 Beijing time on Saturday.
